FLC Gameweek 38 – Who To Pick, Risk, Avoid in Your Fantasy XI

It’s neck and neck between Newcastle and Brighton at the top of the table. The Sky Bet Championship is becoming even more exciting and we cannot wait to see what Gameweek 38 has in store for us. Here are the freshest hints & tips you need to pick a strong Fantasy XI this weekend.

Pick

Jonathan Kodjia – He’s in incredible form, having scored 26 fantasy points in his last three games. Villa haven’t had a great season, but they will play Wigan away and this might bring some more goals.

Pawel Wszolek – I remember him being a promising offensive midfielder/winger in the Italian Serie A (Sampdoria and Hellas Verona). He is alternating some good performances to less positive ones at QPR, but I would personally pick him for this game at Loftus Road against Rotherham. Let’s have faith he will be impacting the match in the right way!

Ross Wallace – Sheffield Wednesday play Reading FC tonight in a fundamental playoff clash. Wallace is that kind of midfielder you need, given his good stats in the last three matches (18 fantasy points overall). A must-have, my fellow fantasy managers.

Risk

Dwight Gayle – Back after some time struggling with an injury, he didn’t score in his last game (1-3 v Fulham) but gave a solid performance. Will you risk him this weekend when Newcastle travel to Birmingham?

Brighton defenders – Brighton kept a clean sheet in their last two matches, showing better football. Their next fixture will be at Leeds and it’s a delicate top table clash. It’s a risky one, but Bruno or Dunk might be your secret weapon.

Elias Kachunga – He didn’t score in his last three games and an away game against Bristol City (who are in trouble, just saying) might be the right occasion to re-start being a prolific striker. Risk him, he might be a good pick!

Avoid

Ali Al Habsi – Ok, he’s one of the most talented goalies in the entire league, but Reading are traveling to Sheffield tonight and I can’t really envisage Wednesday not scoring.

Rotherham players – Do I really need to go through this? Again?
